Returns

We want you to love every piece. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy on all unworn, unwashed garments with tags attached.

Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Underlayers are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
Email info@richardmundi.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid returns label within 24 hours.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different size. Mention this when emailing and we will hold the replacement while your return is in transit.

Quality

TENCEL™ Lyocell and Modal fibres are naturally resilient but reward gentle handling. Follow these guidelines to preserve the quality and life of each piece.

Washing
Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C or cold. Use a mild detergent. Avoid harsh bleaches or fabric softeners which degrade natural fibres.
Drying
Air dry flat or hang immediately. Avoid tumble drying where possible. If tumble drying, use the lowest heat setting for a short cycle only.
Ironing
Iron on low-medium heat while slightly damp. Use a press cloth. Steam is recommended over direct contact with the iron surface.
Storage
Store folded or hung in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Cedar inserts are recommended over mothballs for natural protection.

What makes TENCEL™ different from cotton?
TENCEL™ Lyocell is produced from sustainably sourced wood pulp in a closed-loop process that recovers 99% of the solvent used. It requires significantly less water than cotton, produces no harmful byproducts, and is fully biodegradable — yielding a fibre that is softer, stronger, and more breathable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Standard international delivery takes 5–8 working days. Express shipping (2–3 days) is available to UAE, UK, US, Singapore, and Hong Kong. All orders are fully tracked.
How do I find my size?
We recommend consulting our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Our garments are cut for a refined relaxed fit — if between sizes, size up for a more considered drape.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window the order enters processing. Email info@richardmundi.com immediately and we will do our best to assist.

Richard Mundi garments are produced in certified facilities meeting EU Ecolabel and OEKO-TEX 100 standards. All production partners are independently audited for ethical and environmental compliance.
